Key Responsibilities 1. Clinical Duties (Core Responsibility) - Clinic / Center-Based Care - Conduct OPD consultations, diagnosis, and treatment - Review patient history, lab results, and medical records - Provide telemedicine consultations when required - Respond to urgent medical queries from patients, families, and nurses - - Home Care & On-Site Visits - Perform scheduled and emergency doctor home visits - Conduct on-site medical assessments and treatment - Decide on escalation to hospital care when necessary - Supervise and support nurses during complex home care cases - ElderlyCare PLUS & Membership Services - Conduct scheduled membership doctor visits - Review patient readiness prior to visits - Adjust care plans based on patient condition - Coordinate closely with nursing and care coordination teams 2. Care Planning & Medical Management - Develop and update individualized care plans - Manage chronic diseases and elderly health conditions - Align treatment plans with nurse execution and family expectations - Ensure continuity of care across clinic, home, and telemedicine services 3. Documentation & Compliance - Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation - Update patient records according to internal SOPs - Ensure compliance with Cambodian medical regulations - Support internal audits and quality improvement processes 4. Team Collaboration - Work closely with nurses, care coordinators, and operations staff - Provide clinical guidance to nursing teams - Participate in internal case discussions and service improvements - Support training and knowledge sharing when required *** Qualifications & Requirements - Medical Doctor (MD) degree from a recognized institution - Valid medical license in Cambodia - Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred - (Fresh graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome) - Experience or interest in home care, elderly care, or primary care is an advantage - Ability to work independently and handle mobile/home-based care - Strong communication and patient-care skills
