DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform preventive and corrective maintenance and repair of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems in the building, ensuring safety and quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspect, maintain, and repair the following equipment: • fans, compressors, aircon units and other mechanical equipment; • electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, distribution boards, breakers, and switchgear. • water supply lines, drainage, pumps, valves, and sanitary fixtures; Fix leaks, replace fittings. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance as scheduled. Respond to maintenance service requests and emergencies promptly. Coordinate with team members and external vendors when needed. Report all unresolved issues and completed tasks to the supervisor. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: • Technical troubleshooting and repair skills for MEP equipment. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Basic communication skills in English is an advantage.
