-Perform duties assigned by MEP Director/Manager and ensure all duties are undertaken within requirement timeframe. -Prepare concept, basic and detail design drawing in Auto CAD MEP, Revit MEP and Dialux Program, ensuring that all the design are undertaken in accordance with local codes and international standards code. -Liase with project architect, other engineering disciples, sub-consultants and clients as required. -Undertaken site visits and provide report as required. -Review shop drawings and material submissions from contractor / construction manager. -Follow company’s design procedures, professional standard / rules. -Propose technical innovations to manager to improve the design. -Assisst manager or team work for preparing equipment, material and cost estimation from the design. -Prepare equipment & material technical schedule and submit to manager -Ensure all drawings are reviewed and checked before submission to Manager. -Assisst manager in producing the design specification, design reports and finalize all design calculation as required. -Experience minimum 3years.
