Job Summary The Merchandising Executive (Offline Marketing) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing offline marketing and merchandising activities to support brand visibility, sales promotion, and retail performance. This role ensures high-quality marketing tools, effective event execution, and timely delivery of all offline marketing materials. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, produce, and manage offline marketing and merchandising tools (POSM, banners, posters, display stands, brochures, etc.) • Ensure quality, accuracy, availability, and timely delivery of all marketing materials to stores and event locations • Coordinate with suppliers, printers, and production vendors to meet brand standards and deadlines • Organize and execute offline marketing events, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and in-store activations • Liaise with event organizers, malls, stores, and partners for space booking, setup, and operations • Monitor merchandising setup and event execution to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness • Support sales teams with in-store promotions and visual merchandising activities • Manage inventory of marketing materials and ensure proper distribution and storage • Assist in budget planning and cost control for offline marketing activities • Collect feedback, photos, and reports after events and merchandising activities • Perform other tasks related to offline marketing and merchandising as assigned Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • 1-3years of experience in offline marketing, merchandising, or event management • Strong coordination and communication skills • Experience working with vendors and event organizers • Able to communicate effectively in English and Khmer • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines • Good attention to detail and quality control • Willingness to work flexible hours during events or activations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic design tools are an advantage How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV and cover letter, including salary expectations, to the contact details provided.
