Operation Support Supervisor

Responsibility • Vehicle GPS Tracking & Monitoring: o Monitor status, investigate, and escalate of all financed vehicle using GPS tracking system o Coordinate with FOE and relevant stakeholders to ensure vehicle recovery in case of default or theft. • Plate Number Registration & Ownership Transfer: o Manage and coordinate end-to-end process for new vehicle registration. o Lead the process of legally transferring vehicle ownership upon loan paid off. o Maintain up-to-date registry of all vehicle collateral documentation. • Documentation & Record Keeping o Ensure all vehicle-related documents are accurately collected, verified, and security filed. o Prepare regular reports of GPS status, documentation completeness, and GPS movement monitoring. • Team Coordination & Process Improvement o Liaise with FOE, RM and the collection team to ensure accurate information flow. o Identify bottlenecks in the GPS and plate number registration/ownership transfer process and propose solution to improve efficiency and reduce risk. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum two year of working experience in an operational, administrative or documentation role. Experience in vehicle registration, auto dealership, or microfinance/banking is a advantage. • Strong understanding of vehicle registration and ownership transfer. • Good communication skills.
