Office Location: Sihanoukville Job Description: • Develop onboarding programs for new employees. • Creating training programs for new and existing employees. • Liaising with managers and Learning & Development Department to determine training needs and schedule training sessions. • Assessing staff and department performance to identify skill gaps. • Preparing presentations, handouts, and learning materials and engagement activities when needed. • Conducting feedback surveys and researching new teaching methods. Skill and Knowledge: - Possess at least Bachelor Degree in related field - Required language: English, added advantage for Mandarin / Khmer / Thai - Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, public speaking and presentation skills. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Power Point - Added advantages for knowledge on designing training materials using other applications - Experienced working in a computerized office environment Behavioral Traits: Accountable, detail-oriented, and high integrity person. Ability to work independently and well in execution. Analytical and display initiative to resolve problems. Positive thinking, staying strong in mind.
