Modera Residence is looking for a dynamic and organized Operations Manager to lead our serviced apartment operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering a 5-star guest experience, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee all business operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, security and front-desk. Manage staff schedules, performance, and discipline Manage our presence on channels and social media to maximize occupancy. Utilize Software to streamline bookings and reporting. Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high service standards Conduct regular inspections to ensure our "Home-Away-From-Home" standards are met every single day. Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring every stay is seamless and memorable. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations Requirements: Experienced in hospitality or property management. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Tech-savvy and familiar with Property Management Systems and Channel Managers. A problem-solver who can handle maintenance or guest issues with a calm, professional attitude. Fluent in English and Khmer (other languages are a plus).
