Project Coordinator

Job Purpose To coordinate and align the organization’s project plans with multiple partners to support training implementation and data collection activities. This role serves as a key liaison between the organization and partners, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution of activities, accurate data gathering, and alignment with agreed objectives, timelines, and standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with multiple stakeholders in an education or training environment. Key Duties and Responsibilities • Act as the main point of contact for partners. • Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with partners to ensure long-term cooperation. • Conduct regular check-in meetings to align partners' needs with organization’s goals. • Manage the end-to-end data collection process from schools/partners. • Ensure data is collected ethically, on time, and stored according to compliance standards. • Coordinate day-to-day project activities according to approved plans. • Assist in preparing project work plans, schedules, and timelines. • Coordinate with internal teams and partners to support project implementation. • Maintain project files, records, and documentation. • Assist in preparing simple activity and progress reports. • Support field activities, trainings, and project events. • Report progress and issues to the line manager. • Support Operation Manager in various assigned tasks. Requirements and Skills • Bachelor Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Community or Development studies, or equivalent level of experience • 2-5 year experience in management at a senior level, including ability to monitor and evaluate progress • Knowledge and working experience with MoEYS and teacher training center • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Proposal writing and presentation skills • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills • Budget and costs control • Good Personality • The ability to work with limited supervision and under stressful situations to meet tight deadlines • Ability to work independently and as Team • Commitment to and understanding of Education and E-Learning in Cambodia • English writing and spoken • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Problem-solving skills • Work hard and work smart • Willing to learn new things Salary: Negotiable Working hour: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Mon-Fri and Half Sat once or twice a month) How to Apply Apply your CV and Cover letter to the following address and email: • Email: [email protected]Click To Sent Email.kh • Tel: 012299xxxClick To Call (Telegram) • Address: #242, Street. 271, Sansom Kosal 5 Village, Sangkat Beoung Tompun 1, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
