Front-of-house operations: scheduling, shift leading, task allocation, service quality control Customer complaint handling and service recovery Staff training: SOP, service standards, hygiene & safety guidelines Inventory & supplies management: daily checks, replenishment, shortage alerts Service coordination with kitchen/bar to ensure speed and quality Cashier & settlement support (if required) Daily report & shift handover, improvements and issue reporting Other duties assigned by management Qualifications 1–3+ years in F&B FOH operations (supervisory experience is a plus) Strong service mindset, able to work under pressure and solve issues independently Good communication and team leadership skills Basic English communication is preferred Familiarity with POS/order systems is a plus Responsible, punctual, hygiene-conscious
