Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Sales in door to join our Electronics & Appliances team in-store. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting TVs, home appliances, audio devices, and other electronics, provide product demonstrations, and achieve daily/weekly sales targets in a busy retail environment. Salary Range: 230$-280$ ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Greet and assist customers in the showroom/store in a professional and friendly manner. • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electronics and appliances (e.g., TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, audio systems). • Conduct live product demonstrations and comparisons to help customers make informed decisions. • Process sales transactions, prepare sales contracts, and handle payment procedures accurately. • Know how to create promotional videos on social media (Facebook page, TikTok, Youtube…….) • Maintain up to date knowledge of all electronics and appliances in the store, including new arrivals and promotions. • Stay informed about competitors’ products, pricing, and market trends in the electronics & appliances sector. • Report daily sales figures, customer feedback, and stock issues to the supervisor. ________________________________________ Qualifications & Requirements Education • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus. Experience • 0-1 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics, home appliances, or consumer durables. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to explain technical product details in simple terms to customers. • Customer oriented attitude with a focus on service and satisfaction. • Basic computer skills (POS, email, Microsoft Office). • Ability to work on feet for long hours and handle light physical tasks (e.g., moving demo units). ________________________________________ Working Conditions • Full-time position. • May require occasional overtime or weekend work based on business needs.
