The Nail Bar is looking for a Salon Manager to join our team. Are you or someone you know looking for a full time job in a supportive and fun environment? Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day salon operations and customer intake procedures • Lead the salon team in providing high levels of Customer service • Ensure all treatments meet high quality standards • Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations and the entire salon • Promote services, products, and discounts on social media • Answer messages and appointment requests • Coordinate bookings with technicians • Order products and replenish stocks • Receive payments from clients and keep records of income and expenses • Hire and train technicians in regulations and procedures as needed • Manage employees and their working schedules • Run online competitions and offer discount packages to attract new customers Requirements: • Proven work experience as a Beauty/Nail Salon Manager or similar role • Good knowledge of beauty/nail treatments and products • Good communication and organizational skills • Ability to handle customers' requests and complaints with grace • Additional knowledge in nails or waxing is a plus If you speak good English and you are friendly, we want to meet you!
