- Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual tax returns for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Cambodian tax laws and regulations. - Manage bookkeeping and financial reporting services for clients, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and client expectations. - Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients to optimize tax positions. - Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff and interns in the Accounting and Tax Departments. - Review and approve work prepared by team members, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to company standards. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts. - Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, and proactively communicate relevant updates to clients and team members. - Identify operational inefficiencies within client accounts and recommend improvements. - Lead internal and external training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Assist with audit preparation and support external auditors during client engagements.
