Key Responsibilities • Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices. • Match purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices ( 3 way matching). • Check all invoices comply with company policies and Cambodian tax regulations. • Prepare payment vouchers and support documents for approval. • Schedule payments according to due dates and cash flow. • Process payments via bank transfer, cheque, or cash. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment records. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment records. • Communicate with suppliers regarding invoices issues, discrepancies, and payment status. • Maintain updated vendor database and ensure correct vendor information. • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve outstanding balances. • Record transactions in the accounting system accurately and timely. • Maintain proper filing of invoices, payment documents, and tax receipts. • Support month-end closing by preparing AP-related reports and reconciliation. • Ensure VAT and withholding tax (WHT) on supplier invoices are recorded correctly. • Prepare monthly tax reports for submission to the accounting manager or tax team. • Follow internal approval workflows and financial procedures. • Assist the accounting team with audits or financial reviews. • Manage schedule for payment loan on timely manner • Support other finance tasks when required. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 4 years of experience in Account Payable or general accounting • Good understanding of Cambodia VAT, WHT, and tax regulation • Experience with accounting software (NAV, Autoline or similar) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good communication skills in Khmer, English is an advantage • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
