1. Coorperate with all department for staff appraisal and staff behavior; 2. Monitor, review and implement policies and practices related to Employee welfare; 3. Drive yearly manpower plan of each department and in the whole company; 4. Serve the rights to recruit, terminate, retain and maintain workers/office staff as needed and pool of talents and continuously involve with all departments for finding ways to retain workers to happily stay with company longer; - All recruitment type must have the form request and has approved by top management; 5. Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budget; 6. Liaise with other functional/ departmental head to understand all necessary aspect and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements; 7. Ensure industrial relation issues are properly addressed; especially grievances and disciplinary procedures are attended as per laws and regulations; 8. Implement various employee engagement initiative to keep workforce motivated and with high morale; 9. Ensure on time performance appraisal and business review process are maintained in company; 10. Develop, implement, maintain and assist training and development activities for both management and non-management employees to cater their learning and growth aspiration; 11. Solve problems internally and externally independently;
