Senior Interior Design Salary range: (Negotiation) Sex: Male /Female Job Location: Phnom Penh Close: 31 Dec 2025 Key Responsibilities: • Manage the entire design process for interior projects, from initial concept to final construction administration. • Build and maintain client relationships, lead and mentor junior designers, and collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors. • Create and oversee the development of detailed drawings, models, and specifications. This includes space planning, selecting materials, furniture, and fixtures (FF&E), and ensuring design intent is met. • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. • Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Oversee the installation and styling of interior spaces. • Assist in marketing efforts, client acquisition, and proposal development. • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and plannings layouts • Amend final designs to management and gain full approval • Work as part of a team including foreigner architects • Can draw and calculation from team request • Do 3D plans Requirements: • Bachelor degree of architecture graphic design or equal • Have knowledge of construction material. • AutoCAD drawing, Sketch UP, Render. • Typically requires 5-10+ years of experience in interior design and/or architecture, with a proven track record of managing complex projects. • Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, materials. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team. • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and troubleshoot complex problems effectively. • Be able to speak and write English language. • Make amendments to the design as required. • Can design, communication design, fine art, graphic design, illustration, visual and all adobe for designer Contact: Contact: Siekyi Email: sop***************@gmail.comClick To Sent Email Tel: 087317xxxClick To Call/010686xxxClick To Call
