Role Description · Prepare daily tracking report to warehouse · Prepare daily tracking report to warehouse · Prepare invoice, packing list and other document to clearance agency · Tracking shipment from dispatch until received into warehouse · Checking and confirm BL with agency · Inform and sending packing list to warehouse team before shipment arrived · Schedule and mange plan with clearance agency to insured that shipment will clear on time · Arrange monthly stock order plan for management approval and send to supplier · Checking and approve PO, PI and monthly Freight Rate · Checking and ensure submit master list and cut stock to be on time to CDC and DGCE before expired date · Monitor and follow up on shipment status · Co-ordinate with warehouse to ensure timely container trucking · Prepare DO/EIR to take refund deposit container from Forwarder · Going to take deposit from Forwarder company · Check all container during unloading · Sending received stock report to Shipper · Task assign by manage Qualifications · Hold at least Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business administration, Logistics or related fields. · Knowledge functional of accounting · At least 2 to 3 years of experience in role of logistic · Good working knowledge of Ms-Excel & Advanced Excel · Good communication and interpersonal skill · Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills · Good Speaking and writing in both English and Khmer
