Social Media & Content Executive (Part-Time)

We are looking for a creative and self-motivated Social Media & Content Executive to help us build and manage our social media presence from zero. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, short-form video, and storytelling, and who wants to grow with a developing brand. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Build and manage our social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) Create short videos (Reels / TikTok style) featuring our products and services Write engaging English and Khmer content (posts, captions, hashtags) Plan and maintain a simple content calendar Attend the office 2 days per week in Phnom Penh for filming, planning, and coordination Support basic brand growth and engagement (comments, messages, trends) 🔹 Requirements Good English and Khmer (written and spoken) Comfortable appearing on camera or filming others Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or short-form video content Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar) Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently Creative mindset with an interest in marketing, tech, fintech, or digital products (training can be provided) 🔹 Nice to Have Previous social media or content experience Understanding of analytics and engagement metrics Graphic design or Canva experience 🔹 What We Offer Flexible, part-time role (perfect for students) Opportunity to build a brand from the ground up Creative freedom and real responsibility Office-based collaboration in central Phnom Penh Competitive pay based on experience
