I. Key Responsibilities • Receive truck booking plans from the Operations Department. • Source trucks according to the operation’s booking plan. • Monitor and update delivery progress to the Operations Department. • Prepare and share daily truck data reports to the Manager via Telegram. • Register new partners’ truck data in SAP. • Resolve issues with partners and update the Manager accordingly. • Prepare daily and monthly summary reports for the Manager. • Source new transportation partners according to company needs. • Collect and upload truck information from partners into SAP. • Follow up on documentation with partners. • Handle missing document cases and verify all documents before submitting to the Accounting Department. • Review and verify truck data in SAP. • Prepare payment request documents for the Accounting Department. • Input negotiated prices with partners into SAP. • Update partner inquiries in SAP and Excel. • Prepare and manage contracts with new partners. II. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience: • Minimum of 1 year experience in transportation or logistics industry, with strong understanding of freight and delivery operations. Skills and Competencies: • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Internet, and Email. • Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal). • Good problem-solving and coordination abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
