***Job Description: • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and optimizing stock movement within the warehouse or storage facilities. • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and usage. • Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and audits. • Daily stock controlling management systems are maintained accurately to ensure minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained. • Stock in and Stock out and perform as site • Daily Weekly Monthyl Payment of Inventory Controll • Checking the amount of material remaining in the warehouse for reporting orders with daily collect the materials to warehouse. • Review the daily purchase order and location for materials. • Monitoring and check the bill of goods according to the purchase order (Suppliers’ name, Date, Security stamp, type and Quality). ***Job Requirements • Bachelor Degree in field of Management. • Can use computer (advance excel formulas, Strong at Database / Ms.Access). • Strong numerical and analytical skills. • Knowledge with inventory management software. • Good communication skill and honestly. • Responsibility with work. • At least 1-2 years experiences in stock controlling. • Working Days and Hours: - Monday to Saturday: 7:30am to 12:00am & 1:00pm to 5:30pm - Lunch time: 12:00am to 1:00pm * Working place: Phnom Penh * Relationship: - Work under supervision & report directly to Warehouse Supervisor/Site Manager/Project Manager Location: #261EO ST128 Mittakpheap, Prampir Meakkakra, Phnom Penh
