• Daily Inspections & Routine Maintenance o Inspect and maintain HVAC units, electrical panels, plumbing systems, and fire equipment. o Conduct routine checks to detect early signs of system faults. o Ensure safety equipment and backup systems are in working order. • Preventive Maintenance Support o Carry out preventive tasks according to schedules prepared by the Technical Supervisor. o Replace filters, lubricate moving parts, test emergency systems, and assist vendors. o Record completed tasks in logbooks and checklists. • Troubleshooting & Corrective Repairs o Respond to breakdowns or technical issues as directed by the Technical Supervisor. o Assist in troubleshooting and repairing faults quickly to minimize downtime. o Escalate complex issues to the Technical Supervisor or specialized vendors. • Documentation & Safety o Maintain accurate logbooks, service checklists, and inspection records. o Follow all safety procedures, including PPE, lock-out/tag-out, and confined space entry rules. o Report unsafe conditions, hazards, or near misses immediately.
