Job Description: • Work with line manager to understand the business and talent pressure to identify training needs through TNA, performance reviews and skill gap to provide learning solutions to individuals, department and organization • Implement training plans and facilitate training course delivery to enable individuals and the organization to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities. • Maintain accurate learning and development records of all employees to track and support their performance and career progress • Carry out training evaluations tools to measure the impact of learning and development programs (pre-test, post-test and feedback form) • Design and publish course content and training material • Develop, maintain and update course descriptions (orientation, soft skills, leadership, customer service, service standard, safety…) • Coordinate with external training providers, consultants and institute when necessary • Prepare training budget and control annual training expenses • Plan and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual training report • Perform other job if any require Job Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree in education, management or any related field • Minimum 1—2 years of work experience in facilitating training delivery and/or learning and development in food and beverage and hospitality industry • Experience designing for instructor-led training sessions, job aids or other printed materials (would be of great advantage) • Ability to use MS. Office • Good interpersonal skills including presentation, facilitation and communication skills; • Ability to negotiate and influence colleagues at all levels; and • Demonstrated competencies in problem-solving, result-orientation, customer-focus, people and • team orientation and human relations.
