Job responsibility ● Evaluating and pricing moderately complex risks. ● Evaluate applications and assess risk based on underwriting guidelines ● Approve, decline, or modify terms within delegated authority ● Calculate premiums and recommend coverage terms and conditions ● Review claims history, financial statements, and risk reports ● Communicate underwriting decisions to sales, brokers, and clients ● Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies ● Maintain accurate underwriting records and reports ● Prepare renewal policies for all products. ● Prepare various templates as needed for operation ● Preparing Underwriting Report ● To assist senior member of survey survey. ● Reinsurance Placement and Reinsurance Treaty ● Assist other UW members if their works are overloaded. ● Other tasks assigned by management Skills and Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in insurance business administration, or related field ● 2–4 years of experience in Underwriting (general insurance) ● Basic understanding of insurance products and rating structures ● Good technical understanding of underwriting principles ● Strong analytical and risk assessment skills ● Attention to detail and accuracy ● Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines ● Good communication and coordination skills ● Proficiency in MS Office and underwriting systems ● Good command of English; Khmer language skills are an advantage
