Job Description: Restaurant Waitress Core duties and responsibilities: Greet customers, escort them to tables, and present menus. Answer questions about menu items Provide recommendations and take orders. Address customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction. Take accurate food and drink orders, using point-of-sale (POS) systems when applicable. Communicate orders to kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and beverages to tables in a timely manner. Prepare tables by setting up utensils and glasses. Clear dirty dishes and used glasses from tables. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area. Present bills to customers and process payments. Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment accurately. Communicate with kitchen staff regarding orders and customer needs. Attend pre-shift meetings to discuss daily specials or other service details. Required skills and abilities: Able to communicate in English / Chinese or Vietnamese in addition to Khmer Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays. Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred. A positive, friendly, and service-oriented attitude. Work Hours: 4pm – 3am (1 weekday off per week) Remuneration: $400+
