The Warehouse Controller will oversee warehouse operations for The Connexion project, managing property supplies, equipment, and materials. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring the efficient receipt and distribution of materials to support property leasing activities. Role and Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of all warehouse inventory including supplies, equipment, and materials. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Inspect and document incoming deliveries and ensure proper storage. Coordinate timely distribution to relevant department Maintain updated inventory records and prepare weekly/monthly inventory reports for the Property Manager. Track the movement of materials and report any shortages or overstock issues. Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety standards and company policies. Optimize warehouse processes for effective storage and retrieval. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers regarding deliveries and inventory needs. Requirements & Qualifications A high school Diploma. Experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferably in property management). Strong organizational, analytical skills. Ability to operate warehouse equipment and (MS Office..). Benefits & Working Hours: Competitive salary Annual Incentive Bonus Leave entitlements with Cambodian labor law Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Working days: Monday – Saturday (half day on Saturday) Location: Connexion – Koh Pich – Phnom Penh
