Warehouse Operations • Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. • Ensure proper labelling, arrangement, and safe storage of products. • Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain cleanliness and organisation. Procurement Coordination • Collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams for replenishment. • Track delivery schedules and follow up on delayed or incomplete shipments. • Review purchase orders and ensure correct stock is received. Reporting & Analytics • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. • Analyse stock consumption trends and recommend improvements. • Forecast future stock needs based on sales patterns and seasonality. Compliance & Safety • Ensure stock storage complies with company standards, safety rules, and regulatory requirements. • Train and supervise staff on proper inventory handling procedures. ⸻ Requirements Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). • 2–5 years of experience in stock, warehouse, or inventory management. • Experience using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Inventory).
