Job Description: Export Operations Position Title: Export Customer Service (1 post) Location: KR Global Logistics Co., Ltd. Position Overview: KR Global Logistics Co., Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export Operations Officer to manage and coordinate Export and trucking operations. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in logistics who goods in client communication, document handling, and problem-solving. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing related documentation, managing Export clearance processes, and maintaining strong communication with clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Arrange plans for the factory 2. Prepare schedules/plans from the factory for drivers 3. Manage drivers and arrange their work plans 4. Work daily with the Trucking Team 5. Prepare customs clearance documents and clearance plans 6. Work daily with the Clearance Team Requirements: 1. Gender: Male/Female 2. Education: Bachelor’s degree or Fresh graduate 3. Experience: At least 1 year of experience or no experience 4. Preference: Applicants who received grades A & B in high 5. Preferred: who got grade A&B in high school 6. Skills: - Computer literacy - English proficiency (Intermediate or upper-intermediate) - Chinese proficiency (Beginner or Intermediate) - Result-oriented with strong communication skills - Smart, fast learner, honest, and flexible - Ability to work in a team **Notes: 1. Preference will be given to candidates with grades A & B in High School and English skills (if cannot use Chinese) 2. If the candidate can use Chinese, high school grades are not a concern. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing related documentation, managing import clearance processes, issuing invoices, and maintaining strong communication with clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Support - Act as the primary point of contact for customers and be responsive. - Address customer questions and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. 2. Shipment Coordination - Manage the logistics operation, including receive booking, shipment tracking, and documentation. - Collaborate with carriers, customs clearance team, and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries. 3. Problem Solving - Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, proactively communicating with customers about any delays or changes. - Utilize critical thinking to find effective solutions for customer needs. 4. Documentation and Compliance - Prepare and review shipping documentation to ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to airfreight shipments. 5. Problem Solving - Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, proactively communicating with customers about any delays or changes. - Utilize critical thinking to find effective solutions for customer needs. 6. Documentation and Compliance - Prepare and review shipping documentation to ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to airfreight shipments. - Assist in the development of operational improvements to enhance service delivery. 7. Performance Tracking - Monitor customer feedback and service metrics, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Requirements: 1. Gender: Female/Male 2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, Economics or related fields & Graduated from China (Preferred) 3. Experience: Previous experience in logistics industry or related (At least 1year experience). 4. Strong understanding of customs clearance operations, regulations, and industry practices. 5. Skills: - Computer Literacy (Microsoft words, excel, power point…) - Must be able to speak Chinese (Fluent) - Be able to speak English - Problem-solving skill - Communication skill Benefits: 1.
