We are hiring a F&B Supervisor. Responsibilities: - Supervise restaurant operations and multiple sections. - Maintain staff training and attendance records. - Plan daily manpower arrangements. - Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance with procedures. - Handle administrative duties and customer feedback. - Manage staff grievances and financial performance, including profit and loss. - Optimize profitability and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - 3+ years of F&B management experience in hospitality. - Customer-oriented with a focus on service quality. - Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin. - Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
