Job Description: • Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of building facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and security infrastructure to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Maintenance Coordination: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs and renovations with internal teams or external vendors, and respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues to minimize downtime. • Budget Management: Prepare and monitor facility budgets, track expenditures for supplies, services, and projects, and identify cost-saving opportunities through efficient resource allocation and vendor negotiations. • Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to maintain adherence to local building codes, OSHA standards, and sustainability initiatives. • Vendor and Contractor Management: Source, evaluate, and manage third-party contractors for specialized services, ensuring all work meets quality standards and contractual obligations. • Space Planning and Optimization: Collaborate with HR/GA and operations teams to assess space utilization, recommend layout improvements, and support relocation or expansion projects. • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incident reports, and facility performance metrics. • Team Leadership: Supervise junior maintenance staff, providing training and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team.
