- Overall Financial Management: Responsible for the company's financial planning, budget preparation, and monitoring. - Accounting Oversight: an organisation that oversees accounting processes to ensure financial statements are accurate and compliant. - Internal Controls: Develop and improve financial management systems and procedures to ensure effective internal controls. - Capital Management: Coordinate capital operations, optimise capital utilisation, and reduce financial risk. - Tax and Compliance: Lead tax planning, ensure compliant tax filings, and maintain relationships with tax authorities, banks, and foreign exchange regulators. - Team Leadership: Manage the Finance Department team, improve professional capabilities, and coordinate cross-departmental collaboration. - Authority: Approve company financial expenditures (based on authorised limits). - Participate in major business decisions and provide financial analysis support. - Propose corrective actions for violations of financial procedures and monitor their implementation. * Qualifications: Excellent command of Chinese and English Open to candidates of nationalities Cambodia 5+ years of financial experience, including 3+ years in a leadership/management role ⏰Working Hours: Mon–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Phnom Penh)
