Finance Officer

The salary is negotiable. Responsibilities: Finance: - Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoice checking and payment processing. - Maintain accurate financial records for properties and projects. - Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance, overtime, and allowances. - Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management. - Track budgets, expenses, and project costs, and report variances to the Finance & Admin Executive. - Prepare basic financial reports and summaries. - Support audits by preparing documents and records. - Coordinate with vendors and contractors on finance-related matters. HR & Admin Support: - Assist with maintaining staff records, attendance, and leave data. - Support HR with payroll-related documents and staff cost tracking. - Assist in onboarding and offboarding administration, as required. - Support general administrative tasks assigned by the Finance & Admin Executive. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 1–3 years’ experience in finance or accounting, preferably in property management or construction projects. - Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills. - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
