• Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and establish relationships with fleet customers, including businesses, government agencies, and leasing companies. - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet fleet sales targets. - Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective fleet customers. - Negotiate pricing and contracts with fleet buyers. - Collaborate with internal departments (finance, marketing, inventory) to ensure a seamless sales process. - Track sales progress and provide regular reports to management. - Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. - Manage customer inquiries and resolve any post-sale issues to maintain long-term relationships. • Requirements: - Proven experience in automotive sales, with a focus on fleet sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of the automotive industry and fleet management. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed. • Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields. - At least 1 to 2 years’ experiences in Sales consultant in Automobile Industry or other related skill. - Basic knowledge on car structure and car - Understanding of sales process based on customer type, understanding of customer’s needs
