Responsibilities • Sales Execution & Support: Manage assigned customers independently, prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations, and support senior sales staff on larger accounts. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, follow up on leads, manage client data in CRM systems, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Market & Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services, analyze market trends, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions. • Administrative & Sales Operations: Handle sales documentation, process sales transactions, prepare basic sales reports, and ensure accuracy of customer and sales records. • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, support, and operations teams to align sales activities with promotional campaigns and business goals. Participate in cross-functional meetings and share market feedback. In Addition, You Will Continue to Develop • Advanced communication and negotiation skills • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Customer handling and objection management • Time management and accountability Requirements • Basic to intermediate English communication • Confident use of technology (CRM systems, email, basic office software) • 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferred) • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently • Willingness to achieve targets and grow professionally Commission & Incentive Schema • Base Salary: Fixed monthly salary according to company policy • Sales Commission: Earn commission for each successful sale based on product/package sold • Performance Tiers: • Commission increases when monthly sales targets are exceeded • Higher commission rate for premium or long-term packages • Bonus Incentives: • Bonuses for top performers • Extra incentives for upselling, renewals, or high-value customers
