Position: Import Operation Supervisor / Senior Officer Company: JUN LOGISTICS (Phnom Penh) Salary: Negotiable based on experience 1. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Operation Specialist to manage our Vehicle Import and CDC Project Cargo divisions. The ideal candidate must be fully capable of handling the entire import process independently, from document verification to final delivery. We are NOT looking for a trainee. We need a specialist who understands Cambodian Customs regulations and Duty/Tax structures. 2. Key Responsibilities: CDC & Project Cargo Management: Handle CDC Master List preparation and application. Manage Import Permits and Tax Exemption procedures for QIP (Qualified Investment Project) clients. Vehicle Import Operations: Manage import clearance for New/Used Vehicles. Verify H.S. Codes and calculate estimated Import Duty & Special Tax strictly according to GDCE regulations. Check original documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L) for discrepancies before cargo arrival to prevent penalties. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with overseas agents and shipping lines for Arrival Notices (A/N) and D/O release. Liaise with the internal customs team and external brokers to solve clearance issues. Communicate with clients in English regarding shipment status and documentation requirements. 3. Requirements (Must-haves): Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Trading (Import focus). Technical Knowledge: have hands-on experience with Vehicle Import procedures. Must understand CDC (Council for the Development of Cambodia) formalities and tax exemption rules. Familiarity with ASYCUDA system processes is a plus. Language: Business level English (Written & Spoken) is mandatory. Skills: problem-solving skills for handling customs delays and document errors. 4.
