Internship 3 months – Business Development (Prospection Focus)

About the Role: Archetype is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Intern to support our growth in Cambodia. This role focuses on prospection, helping identify, approach, and qualify new business opportunities in real estate, hospitality and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and target sectors. • Build and maintain a prospect database using LinkedIn, industry directories, and online research. • Support lead generation through emails, calls, and professional networking. • Assist in qualifying leads and updating the CRM with accurate information and followups. • Prepare pitch materials, presentations, and proposals with the Business Development team. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new project announcements. • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to expand Archetype’s business pipeline. Profile & Skills: • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with interest in business growth and sales strategy. • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with digital tools (CRM, Excel, LinkedIn). • Interest in architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate is a plus. Learning Opportunities: • Gain hands-on experience in business prospection and client development. • Understand how an international design firm develops and manages its project pipeline. • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and expand your professional network
