Job Description: We are looking for an IT Support to assist with daily IT operations, provide technical support to staff, and ensure all computer systems, networks, and software run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support for computers, printers, software, internet issues and Camera • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software • Troubleshoot IT problems and provide quick solutions • Maintain and monitor company network and systems • Assist staff with basic IT usage and system access • Perform regular system checks, updates, and backups • Report IT issues and system status to the manager Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks • Experience in IT support is an advantage • Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn • Able to work independently and as part of a team
