We are hiring IT Support. Key Responsibilities • Responding to client support requests • Install and configure computer systems and applications • Attend in-person directly to client workstation or connecting via remote tools to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems • Creating Domain User Account and O365 services assignment • Troubleshoot related to Office 365 services • Maintain computer and license assets inventory data accuracy • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities • Must be able to compose very clear report to site supervisor on critical issues Requirements: - 3-5 years of work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician - Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals. - Familiar with Microsoft 365 features. - Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems. - Experience in handling Active Directory azure or on-premises configuration related to features Group Policies, Software push, Windows 10 updates, User Access Management, etc. - Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good English.
