Responsibilities include responding to help desk inquiries, diagnosing hardware or software issues, and implementing solutions. The role also involves maintaining the IT infrastructure and ensuring operational efficiency for day-to-day technological needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support Knowledge of Desktop Computers and Information Technology Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Relevant certifications in IT support or related disciplines are a plus Experience with IT systems in a corporate environment
