JOB PURPOSE The Junior Cost Control Officer is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling project costs. Education: Year 4 or Finish Bachelor of Civil Engineer. Skill: Ever do BOQ, check qty on drawing CAD file, call request quotation from Vendor. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepare Compare Price and recommend Award - Prepare Contract and agreement - Invite Vendor submit quotation - Do BOQ list of work relate to site work request. Maintenance, Repair, Defect work. - Do VO work for request approval from management. Payment Claim - Verify payment details and claims from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contracts, Completed work, and project agreements. - Verify site check progress same accurate as percentage claim. - Prepare report summary of payment submit to finance. - Responsivity follow up to finance to prepare schedule release payment to sub-labor and sub-con. - Coordinate with request claim Team for pending document or return document from finance to make correct document resubmit to finance again as fast as possible. - Support the Cost Control Team with other site-related tasks, inspections, or assignments as required.
