Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities • Sourcing and Attraction: Post job openings on social media, job boards, and professional networks. • Screening and Assessment: Assist hiring managers in shortlisting candidates for further interviews. • Recruitment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and facilitating initial orientation sessions. Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a multinational or Digital/Tech environment. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Discord). • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. • Excellent communication skills in English.
