Job Description Position: Marketing & Designer Officer Department: Marketing Reports To: Marketing Supervisor Location: Phnom Penh Employment Type: 8am - 6pm (Mon-Fir) Job Summary The Marketing & Designer Officer is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities while creating engaging visual designs to support branding, promotions, and communication strategies. This role combines creative design skills with marketing execution to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance. Key Responsibilities Marketing Responsibilities Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns (online and offline) Manage social media content, postings, and basic performance tracking Support promotional activities, events, and product launches Coordinate with sales teams to develop marketing materials and promotions Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis Monitor marketing trends and customer preferences Design Responsibilities Design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, banners, brochures, and standees Create digital content for social media, websites, and online advertisements Ensure all designs align with company branding and visual guidelines Edit photos and videos for marketing use Prepare artwork for printing and digital publication Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing and/or graphic design Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.) Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms Creative mindset with good attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills
