1. ๐ฏ Job Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization (or a specific product/brand) in order to attract potential customers, retain existing ones, and drive profitable growth. This role requires a balance of creative vision, analytical rigor, and leadership to manage campaigns across all relevant channels. 2. ๐ Key Responsibilities A. Strategy & Planning Develop and document comprehensive marketing strategies and tactical plans that align with overall company business objectives and revenue targets. Conduct continuous market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights analysis to identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs. Define the target audience, brand positioning, and key messaging for the company's products or services. B. Campaign Execution & Management Design, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email, website), content, PR, and traditional media. Oversee the content strategy and editorial calendar, ensuring all created assets (blogs, videos, case studies) maintain brand consistency and drive engagement. Manage the companyโs presence on all relevant social media platforms, website, and digital touchpoints. Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and webinars. C. Budget & Performance Analysis Prepare and manage the annual and quarterly marketing budget, tracking expenditure and ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, lead generation, conversion rates, and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). Utilize data and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data) to evaluate campaign success and recommend data-driven adjustments for optimization. D. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification, sales collateral needs, and pipeline development. Work with Product Development to facilitate go-to-market strategies (GTM) for new products/services. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies (e.g., advertising, PR), and media partners. (If applicable): Lead, mentor, and motivate a junior marketing team or specialists. 3. ๐ Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with [Y] years in a managerial or lead capacity. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
