Night Auditor

Profile: Farmhouse Resort & Spa is a countryside retreat located 65 km north of Phnom Penh, surrounded by paddy fields and peaceful rolling hills. The resort features 34 beautifully furnished rooms and suites across 17 bungalows in both classic Khmer and contemporary styles. Guests can enjoy diverse dining experiences, from the Farmhouse Restaurant to the pool lounge bar, the exclusive “Restaurant Un,” and the private “Chef’s Table.” The Sanctuary Spa includes 8 stand-alone treatment rooms, a pool, café, extensive treatment menu, sauna/whirlpool services, a fully equipped gym, and yoga shalas. Currently, we are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team. LOCATION: Kampong Chhnang Province BENEFITS: Seniority, accommodation, 3 meals per day, insurance, and other attractive benefits SALARY: Competitive JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -Check guests in and out of their rooms, including handling late arrivals -Answer guest questions and manage all guest complaints -Resolve any issues related to guest accounts -Prepare daily reports and reconcile financial transactions -Process invoices and manage internal budget records -Handle room reservations by phone or online -Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management JOB REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum). • At least 2 years of experience as Night Auditor or in front office, accounting, or night shift operations in a hotel or similar environment • Experience with hotel reservations software • Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor • Strong numerical and accounting skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Good computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, and accounting or P0S/ eZee Absolute software). • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.  HOW TO APPLY: - If you are interested, please submit your CV & Cover Letter with your SALARY EXPECTATION to detail information below: o The subject of the email shall be Night Auditor o To: rec********@smilinggecko-cambodia.orgClick To Sent Email or to telegram 016740xxxClick To Call o Address: Srae Sar village, Tbaeng Khpos commune, Samakki Meanchey district, Kompong Chhnang province, Cambodia.
