Officer, Regulatory and Compliance

Job Descriptions: ◦ Prepare, review and monitor of compliance status (consoled compliance checklist, consoled compliance calendar report checklist and monthly compliance monitoring checklist) to regulations from public authorities. ◦ Review, monitor and test on prudential ratios and lender covenant compliance and prepare report to management.  ◦ Conduct regulatory compliance training where necessary ◦ Prepare report to group and management. ◦ Update to management and other departments of new/update regulations. ◦ Work closely and support departments regarding the implementation in compliance to public authorities. ◦ Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor or management. Requirements: ◦ Bachelor degree in Finance/Banking or equivalent. ◦ At least 1-year experience in banking and financial institution in field of internal control, AML, or risk management, or internal audit. ◦ Knowledge of principle banking and financial institution (BFI) operations, laws and regulations. ◦ Demonstrate the abilities to learn and interpret applicable laws and regulations. ◦ Computer literacy required (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Email & Internet). ◦ Be able to work independently as well as collaborative with team environment. ◦ Analytical and technical skill, Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication.
