Operation Control Officer

■ Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time ■ Salary Range: $200 - $400 ■ Work 5.5 d/w: Mon-Sat ■ Work 8 h/d: Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM ■ Workplace: #54, St. 388, Toul Svay Prey I, Boeng Keng Kang, Phnom Penh ◉ Responsibilities: ■ Process customer orders and issue invoices accurately in the system ■ Coordinate daily deliveries and confirm readiness with warehouse and drivers ■ Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams during delivery execution ■ Monitor pending invoices, payments, COD, and petty cash on a daily basis ■ Handle service issues, delivery problems, and urgent operational support ■ Track driver attendance, OT requests, and basic vehicle readiness ■ Collect and submit client invoices, statements, and receipts on schedule ■ Join daily, weekly, and monthly operation meetings and report updates ◉ Qualifications: ■ Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, or related field ■ 1–2 years experience in operations, logistics, or order processing (F&B preferred) ■ Good coordination and communication skills ■ Able to work under pressure and handle urgent situations ■ Basic knowledge of invoicing, delivery flow, and payment control ■ Comfortable using system tools, Excel, Telegram,and AI ■ Flexible working attitude ◉ Priority: ■ Fresh graduated students ■ Other languages besides English are a plus ■ Experience in related field/industry ◉ Benefits: ■ Thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment. ■ Collaborate with passionate team members. ■ Competitive and results-based salary system. ■ Learn and apply global business standards. ■ Enhance English proficiency in a daily English language environment. ■ Office phone and laptop provided (To be confirmed). ■ Bonus for achieving goals. ■ Enjoy company parties and staff birthday gifts. ■ NSSF coverage provided. ■ Seniority payments twice a year. ■ Company evaluations conducted quarterly. ■ 1.5 days off per week and public holidays following Cambodia’s Labor Law. ■ Annual leave entitlement of 18 days per year.
