1. Lead Generation & Property Owner Contact - Make outbound calls to property owners to introduce the company’s valuation services. - Record all call outcomes (successful, unreachable, follow-up required) in the internal system. - Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for valuation officers. 2. Property Data Collection & Updating - Call property owners, agents, or relevant contacts to collect missing or updated property data (size, location, condition, usage, etc.). - Verify accuracy of existing property information in the database. - Update property details into the valuation management system following the standard format. - Flag incomplete or inconsistent data to the operations supervisor.
