Skills require: - Good English speaker - Take initiative - Creativity - Autonomous - Team working - Hospitality - Basic computer skills Task: Restaurant: - Create and implement process for restaurant portioning. - Develop dish presentation. - Implement POS system. - Cost control. - Seasonal and daily menu development. - Purchasing and supplies chain development. Customer service: - Develop process for check in and check out. - Train, maintain and develop service skills. - Solve conflict with guest (if any). - Develop Insite experience for guest. - Create outsite tours and activities. - Communication with guests (before check-in and during their stay). - Link hotel with other brands of our group. Housekeeping, maintenance, reporting: - Follow daily finance and report. - Report on operation and target. - Daily check for maintenance and Housekeeping.
