Production Manager(Renovation, construction, or advertising production) Job Responsibilities: -Manage manpower -Organize, assign, and plan tasks for team based on project requirements and delegate tasks ac-cording to team member’s skills, and specialties to ensure team perform efficiently. -Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with client requirements. -Coordinate with all relate teams, -Oversee manpower & subcontractors activities to ensure project smooth workflow and complete on time. -Identify and address issues or delays on-site to maintain project timelines. -Prepare work progress reports to MD regularly (Daily report, Weekly report and other report…) -Other tasks assign by MD Qualifications & Skills • At least 3-5 years of experience in renovation, construction, or advertising production. • Strong knowledge of production techniques in construction and signage. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. • Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Basic computer and reporting skills (Microsoft Word, Excel). • Willingness to work at various project sites and under pressure.
