JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Executive who is fluent in Chinese to join our team. The Project Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities related to projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets, particularly with Chinese-speaking clients. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project sales targets, focusing on the Chinese market. - Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques, with a focus on Chinese-speaking clients. - Prepare and present project proposals and bids to clients in Chinese project building. - Manage project sales pipelines and track progress towards sales goals. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical, and project management) to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships, particularly with Chinese-speaking clients. - Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the Chinese market. - Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to promote the company and its projects, with a focus on the Chinese-speaking audience. REQUIREMENT - Proven experience as a Project Sales Executive or in a similar role, with a focus on the Chinese market. - Strong sales and negotiation skills, particularly with Chinese-speaking clients. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of project management principles and practices. - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (preferred). - Willingness to travel as required.
