JOB SUMMARY The Project Sales Executive is responsible for developing sales plans for products, establishing strong networks with all types of construction project owners, managing all market-related activities in the project sector and with competitors, and increasing sales to meet the company’s targets. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop plans and build relationships with both new and existing customers at construction projects. - Understand customer needs, persuade them, and push sales efforts to achieve the planned targets. - Identify market opportunities and gather information to report to management for product and service adjustments based on demand. - Promote and sell products, providing excellent service to existing and potential customers. - Plan, set goals, analyze data, and arrange customer meetings to achieve sales targets. - Actively follow up on all customer appointments and build a strong network to discover new customers. - Prepare clear and complete presentations on the features of project-based products and contracts for customers. - Participate in seminars, skill training sessions, and events such as product launches and promotions. - Collect payments from customers, follow up on outstanding payments, and monitor credit levels in sales. - Ensure the accuracy and clarity of purchase and delivery processes to avoid customer disputes. - Collaborate and share experiences with team members to achieve the company’s common goals. - Verify cash receipts, check quality of checks, and ensure proper delivery and payment procedures. - Solve issues that arise during the sales process or with products, and provide reasonable suggestions to customers. - Monitor product inventory and communicate customer locations to make deliveries easier for the logistics team. - Attend meetings and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales results, operations, and issues. - Submit Weekly and Monthly reports to the Line Supervisor on time (by the deadline). - Provide timely and highly effective customer service. REQUIREMENTS: - At least 1 year of sales experience - Can drive, has a driving license - Intelligent and resourceful in handling various challenges - Honest and patient in work responsibilities - Passionate about the role - Excellent at communication and consistently maintaining good relationships with clients
