Property Officer

The salary is negotiable. Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of the property. - Assist the Building Executive with stock control and inventory management. - Support defect management by maintaining defect lists and monitoring timely repairs by contractors. - Conduct routine inspections of common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality. - Address tenant feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly. - Oversee on-site development or renovation works by contractors, ensuring compliance with specifications and schedules. - Coordinate with service providers for maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of building facilities. - Engage and manage service providers, including contract management and performance monitoring. - Facilitate maintenance activities and ensure building systems operate efficiently. - Communicate building regulations and policies to staff and tenants to ensure compliance. - Assist with lease administration, move-in/move-out procedures, and tenant communications. - Perform administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports. Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, or related field. - 2–3 years of experience in building management, facilities, or property operations. - Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to supervise site staff and contractors. - Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools. - Fluent in English (written and spoken); ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage Application Process: Interested candidates are invited to send their CVs and Cover Letters to: kim*******@kh.knightfrank.comClick To Sent Email
